Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee telecom services operations with a focus on SIM and wireless device management, including verifying wireless device orders to reduce activation and provisioning errors. Reconcile SIM and device inventories across various carrier accounts while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records for compliance and reporting. Generate utilization and performance reports to ensure correct data plan assignments and establish cost controls. Collaborate with the Analyst – Performance & Budgets to validate data accuracy and support telecom financial and operational reporting. Create, maintain, and update essential telecom documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, operational guides, and reference materials adhering to regulatory requirements. Convert operational and technical workflows into clear written documentation, ensuring alignment between documented procedures and actual practices. Utilize documentation tools, including Adobe FrameMaker, as needed for structured documents while managing version control. Develop supplemental materials such as process diagrams, workflow visuals, and training aids to facilitate onboarding and ensure operational consistency. Manage documentation repositories and support SharePoint content pertinent to Telecom Services. Structure documentation and records to facilitate audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
