Position Overview
As a Tele-Health Nurse, you will deliver exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical representatives, and healthcare service companies concerning specialty prescription drugs. This involves coordinating services and collecting patient-specific clinical data to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cases according to program protocols.
- Follow up with physicians and patients to ensure compliance with treatment protocols.
- Coordinate drug shipments and facilitate patient training between patients, physician offices, and specialty pharmacies.
- Provide essential medical information to healthcare providers and patients, ensuring compliance with program protocols.
- Advocate for patients with compassion and understanding.
- Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
