The Professional Services Consulting team is dedicated to offering fee-for-service consulting to our clients, delivering comprehensive project solutions aimed at achieving measurable business improvements through our products and services, including defining opportunities/processes related to outsourced solutions, systems integration, and proprietary tools.

Your Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions, including architectural system design.
- Lead customer discussions to identify key business and technical requirements, crafting implementation plans based on insights gathered.
- Provide expert guidance, feedback, and recommendations to clients grounded in industry best practices.
- Assist in the rollout, adoption, and scaling of solutions offered to customers.
- Manage customer engagements as a project manager, overseeing scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing customer relationships.
- Advise on internal tools and other related tasks as necessary.
