The primary responsibilities and deliverables associated with designing technological infrastructure solutions include, but are not limited to:
Your Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead work and validation meetings with stakeholders identified during the initiation of execution requests;
Review the client's IT management and security guidelines to ensure compliance during the design phase;
Analyze and compare potential solutions to recommend an option for approval that meets the specified needs;
Clearly define the scope of work, estimated costs, and duration in months;
Assess the resources required for implementing the solution (licenses, acquisitions, capacity evaluation, processing, storage);
Conduct synergy workshops with relevant teams necessary for developing and executing the solution and with representatives from affected services;
Oversee, define, and/or execute proof of concepts required to validate aspects of the solution implementation;
Develop the most appropriate deliverable (design dossier, statement of work, or detailed architecture) in the context of the project and according to the activities and deliverables specified in the execution requests assigned to them;
Present the produced documents to the delivery coordinator (division head or project manager) and the relevant director, along with other approval bodies as per the client's validation and approval process;
Support ongoing projects in implementing the developed solution;
Document the chosen solution and integrate it into standardized documentation;
Regularly report on the progress of work to the client's delivery teams;
Submit and obtain approval for work results according to the client's established processes;
Provide all relevant information to the service provider representative to facilitate timely approval of deliverables;
Develop assembly plans;
Perform any other architectural tasks necessary for the successful operation of projects;
