Role Overview: Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will shape tennr’s engineering team by finding and recruiting skilled engineers who drive product development. This position calls for a recruiter who goes beyond standard sourcing, tapping into developer communities, open-source contributions, and industry events to discover talent early.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full technical recruitment cycle for Product, Engineering, ML/AI, and Data roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies that reach engineers where they are most active, often outside traditional job boards.
  • Write tailored outreach messages that spark interest and encourage responses from candidates.
  • Use and grow your network to spot talented engineers, often before they start looking for new roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build interview processes that fairly assess candidates.
  • Keep candidate pipelines and reports organized in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Act as a subject matter expert on engineering talent trends, staying current on market shifts, compensation, and what motivates engineers to consider new opportunities.
