This role collaborates with various departments, including Infrastructure, Security, and People Operations, to streamline workflows, manage ticket escalations, and resolve technical issues. Your team will be responsible for onboarding new employees, provisioning hardware, offering hands-on support, and ensuring compliance with security standards for all Reddit staff—our beloved Snoos.
