As a Technical Support Engineering Intern, you will not be relegated to menial tasks like fetching coffee or merely observing others. Our interns play a pivotal role on our team, addressing real-world challenges in collaboration with our experienced engineers. Located at our San Mateo headquarters, you will engage with state-of-the-art, cloud-managed IoT technology, assisting our enterprise customers with a broad range of tasks from troubleshooting to system design.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and Innovate: Resolve intricate network, hardware, and software challenges related to the Verkada platform.
- Be an Expert: Provide clients with top-tier guidance on system design and integration best practices.
- Communicate with Impact: Articulate technical concepts to clients clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Own the Problem: Manage customer inquiries from inception to resolution, ensuring effective solutions.
- Team Up: Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams to evaluate new products and identify bugs.
- Share Knowledge: Contribute content to our Knowledge Base to assist others.
- Hands-on Projects: Participate in lab testing and various team initiatives.
