Collaborate closely with various teams at Tenable, such as Sales, Customer Advocacy, Research & Development, and Operations. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer technical inquiries promptly. Utilize remote troubleshooting techniques to identify and rectify issues. Analyze vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events effectively. Assist customers in interpreting vulnerability scan results and provide clear, actionable information to expedite issue resolution. Reproduce customer software issues in a lab environment for engineering evaluation. Ensure customer feedback is accurately captured and communicated to Product Management and Research & Development. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Tenable products and information security best practices.

From assisting customers with their initial Nessus scanner setup to guiding them through detailed log correlation and real-time vulnerability analysis, you will play an integral role in reducing cyber risks and closing the Cyber Exposure gap.
