Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess:A technical degree or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with networking and both Linux and Windows operating systems. A solid understanding of cloud and cybersecurity concepts. Customer support experience complemented by excellent communication skills. A passion for learning and aiding others in their success. Availability to work onsite or in a hybrid model in Columbia, MD. Experience with tools like Nessus, SIEMs, virtualization, SQL, or scripting is advantageous. Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus. Authorization to work permanently in the U. S. is required.
