ResponsibilitiesThe Service Provider will undertake the following tasks at all specified Dedicated and Dispatch Sites:Provide User Support Services with technicians fluent in both the local language and English, serving as the primary point of contact for Executives in the office and during travels. Collaborate with the Client Service Desk, Client UXCC, and Client Level 2 and Level 3 Infra/App teams as necessary. Work with third-party service and maintenance providers to ensure EUC Devices and software (drivers, applications, OS, etc.) are functioning correctly. Coordinate vendor services for maintenance and repairs. Conduct basic troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and WLAN. Manage Level 1 voice and data cabling/services. Perform routine checks of server room facilities and shared services such as meeting rooms and video conferencing areas. Oversee lifecycle replacements and PC imaging. Coordinate with the Client’s PCaaS partner/vendor. Manage asset tracking, reconciliation, and disposal coordination. Prepare meeting/event facilities. Provide on-site support for off-site events, including equipment setup, WAN/LAN access, and user support during events (e.g., Client updates). Facilitate end-user onboarding and offboarding processes. Support project coordination and deployment as needed. Deliver monthly and weekly reports to Client IT Service Management and governance. Coordinate with end-users or site staff to schedule technical support for escalated incidents or service requests at dedicated sites. Coordinate with Client UXCC to schedule technical support at dispatch sites for escalated incidents or service requests.
