At Kruger, we are on the lookout for a Technical Support Consultant for Systems who will be responsible for ensuring the operation and security of our internal systems, networks, and technological platforms.
Work Mode: On-site
Required Education: Degree in Technology or completed university studies in Systems/Telecommunications.
Required Experience:
Administration of email platforms (Google Workspace)
Management of physical and digital asset inventories
Technical data backups
Support for data networks
Installation and updating of licensed, free, and proprietary software; basic hardening and post-installation checklist
Helpdesk support: attention, classification, and resolution of tickets; documentation of root causes; compliance with SLA/OLA
End-user technology support: TVs/monitors, laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi repeaters, IP/mobile phones, peripherals
Equipment monitoring: health alerts review, antivirus and updates; execution of preventive actions
Required Knowledge:
Inventory Management for asset management
Windows 10/11, basic knowledge of macOS/Linux; remote access tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer)
