Who You'll Collaborate With
The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) operates in a collaborative environment, providing support across all Arista products and the diverse network protocols and features encompassed by EOS. This role involves direct interaction with customers and collaboration with both software and hardware development teams as needed. The TSE team is responsible for conducting their own recreates within a dedicated lab environment.
By granting customers direct access to a high-level engineer, we enhance the support experience and elevate customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Address customer product inquiries through telephone or written, internet-based email.
- Resolve customer issues encountered during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application and compatibility.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to effectively respond to customer-centric activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Document customer communications and recurring technical challenges to aid product quality initiatives and development.
