By centralizing data and providing actionable insights, GridUnity’s platform shortens interconnection timelines and supports a more sustainable and reliable electric grid.
The Technical Solutions Analyst role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Customer Experience. This position works directly with utilities and energy innovators, bridging the gap between client needs and the product team. The analyst leads discovery sessions, designs solutions tailored to each customer, supports system integrations, and guides clients through implementation to ensure they quickly realize value from the platform.
Main Responsibilities
Discovery and Requirements
- Learn each customer’s workflows, key metrics, and constraints.
- Convert business needs into clear, testable requirements for engineering.
- Distinguish between regulatory requirements, essential needs, and optional features.
- Develop expertise in GridUnity’s product to align requirements with existing features, roadmap plans, and potential customizations.
Value Translation
- Communicate the value of solutions in terms of data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Integrations and Configuration
- Establish protocols for data exchange between GridUnity and client systems.
