About the Position
We are currently seeking a Technical Services Analyst to join our esteemed global Customer Success team. This role is essential in enabling our clients to become the most effective Fraud Fighters possible. You will support a diverse clientele, from startups to large enterprises, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform.
This position follows our follow-the-sun model and is located in Austin, Texas, with a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM CST, Friday through Tuesday.
