Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our recruitment products. This pivotal role bridges product development, engineering, and business strategy, driving data-driven solutions that revolutionize talent acquisition.
In this position, you will collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions that address real-world hiring challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap for our recruiting and staffing platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and launch scalable, high-quality products
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Engage cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure product alignment
- Utilize user feedback and data analytics to inform product improvements
- Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while adhering to performance standards
- Communicate product updates, strategies, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in product management, focusing on technical products
- Strong grasp of software development processes and systems architecture
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments
- Adept at converting complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions
