Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or technical consulting, preferably in construction or concrete technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. Technical background in civil engineering or related fields is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
