The Role
As we embark on a significant growth trajectory, recruiting will play a pivotal role in shaping Peregrine's future. We are seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to oversee comprehensive recruiting efforts within Engineering, Product, and Design during this rapid expansion phase.
With a growth rate of 2.5x year-over-year, we are poised to double our workforce this year. As we broaden our reach internationally and diversify into industries beyond public safety, we are committed to developing the talent infrastructure necessary to scale with discipline and excellence.
In this key position, you will partner closely with our CTO/Founder, VP of Engineering, and Product leadership, engaging regularly to define hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational scaling decisions. This is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will lead high-impact senior and executive searches while creating scalable systems to support our ambitious growth goals.
This position is based in San Francisco and requires in-office collaboration four days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting efforts across SF, DC, and NYC, along with future locations as we grow domestically and internationally.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to the VP of Engineering and Product leaders.
- Personally conduct high-profile senior-level searches.
- Develop scalable recruiting systems to facilitate rapid headcount growth.
- Standardize hiring manager onboarding and enablement as new leaders join.
- Enhance interviewer training and cross-office calibration.
- Create competitive offers and closing strategies for senior talent.
- Mentor and develop recruiters, establishing clear growth trajectories across varying experience levels.
