In this hybrid position, you will report directly to our Head of Software Engineering Recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global team of 10+ recruiters, establishing clear KPIs, offering continuous feedback, and facilitating career progression.
- Anticipate hiring needs and dynamically allocate team resources across the U. S. and international hubs to align with ambitious engineering objectives.
- Standardize recruitment workflows on a global scale, allowing for necessary regional adaptations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding technical talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive movements within our primary hubs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to adapt our employer value proposition (EVP) for engineers both in the U. S. and internationally.
- Act as a strategic consultant to the VP of Engineering and the wider director-level team, providing regular insights on hiring health and market challenges.
- Leverage ATS data to monitor funnel metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring trends, identifying obstacles promptly.
- Manage partnerships with external agencies and technical assessment platforms (e.g., international vendors).
