Job Summary
As we expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate Technical Recruiter (Supercomputing/ML) to take charge of crucial, relationship-focused segments of our recruitment process. This is an exceptional chance to help shape the future of a company on the brink of becoming the next NVIDIA. To ensure we maintain our competitive advantage heading into production, we are looking for a data-driven and innovative recruiter. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, engineers, and the wider recruitment team to identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent.
This position is perfect for someone who flourishes in dynamic, high-caliber environments and relishes the challenge of discovering talent—especially through non-traditional sourcing methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring high-quality candidates and rapid, informed decision-making.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, advocating for both candidate and organizational needs.
- Proactively build candidate pipelines by attending AI meetups, technical conferences, and community events.
- Source candidates from unconventional platforms such as GitHub repositories, arXiv preprint authors, Apache mailing list contributors, and insightful Twitter discussions.
- Facilitate structured interview loops, monitor candidate performance, and lead debriefs with hiring managers and company leadership.
- Assist in managing offers and the closing process in collaboration with hiring managers and the CEO.
- Continuously refine our recruitment systems, workflows, and candidate experience.
