About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter at Nudge, your responsibilities will include:
Managing full-cycle recruitment across various disciplines including engineering, general and administrative, operations, and research.
Identifying and sourcing top-tier talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic collaborations, and innovative strategies.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to establish role requirements, interview processes, and assessment criteria.
Evaluating candidates for technical proficiency, cultural fit, and alignment with our mission.
Overseeing the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
Developing talent pipelines and nurturing relationships with passive candidates.
Implementing best practices and helping to shape Nudge’s recruitment strategy as we expand.
About You
We are open to considering recruiters at all experience levels, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Regardless of your level, you should possess:
Experience in technical recruiting, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies focused on hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers.
A proven history of sourcing and successfully closing outstanding technical talent in competitive environments.
Strong technical understanding — the ability to engage in discussions about complex technical subjects with candidates.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
