About the Role
As a key player in our growth, you'll help build the document infrastructure layer for AI agents, from our leading document OCR technology (LlamaParse) to our comprehensive document workflow platform (LlamaAgents). We are rapidly expanding and require a proactive recruiter who will take ownership of the entire hiring process across the organization.
Your primary focus will be on technical roles, particularly in AI/ML engineering, infrastructure, full-stack development, and developer tools. Additionally, your expertise will be valuable in supporting go-to-market and marketing recruitment as the company scales. We seek an individual who thrives in the dynamic environment of sourcing, screening, and securing exceptional talent, rather than someone aiming for a purely strategic or managerial position. Responsibilities
Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and closing, with a primary focus on engineering roles and secondary support for marketing and GTM positions.
Develop an in-depth understanding of LlamaIndex's products, technical infrastructure, and company culture to effectively evaluate candidate fit and maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles.
Identify and attract exceptional candidates for specialized roles through a combination of direct outreach, AI-driven sourcing tools (such as Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter), and innovative channels.
Utilize AI recruiting tools judiciously and responsibly, dedicating time to fine-tune filters and meticulously review outputs to ensure quality over quantity.
Foster and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, adjusting agency support as necessary based on hiring pace.
Enhance and continuously improve the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring every interaction embodies LlamaIndex's values and brand.
Collaborate with hiring managers across engineering, product, and GTM to define role specifications, align on candidate profiles, and adapt swiftly as hiring priorities evolve.
Monitor pipeline metrics, identify recruitment bottlenecks, and proactively refine sourcing strategies to achieve hiring objectives.
Qualifications
A strong candidate will possess a proven track record in technical recruiting, particularly within the AI and technology sectors, alongside excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting top talent with innovative opportunities.
