About this Role
We are entering a critical phase of growth and are seeking to establish hiring as a fundamental capability within our organization.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles, collaborating closely with our founding team to refine our talent acquisition strategy.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You will play a key part in designing and implementing our recruitment systems.
