About The Role:
As a rapidly expanding company, EliseAI recognizes that exceptional technical talent is key to our growth. We seek a dedicated Technical Recruiter to take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for our technical positions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and leadership to identify, evaluate, and attract top-notch engineering professionals eager to tackle challenging problems and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
- Work in partnership with engineering and recruiting leadership to determine hiring needs, technical specifications, and team culture.
- Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage premier engineering talent, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, and other innovative channels.
- Create and maintain a robust, diverse pipeline of candidates for backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and various technical positions.
- Lead candidate outreach efforts, conduct prescreening calls, and support candidates throughout the interview process.
