What You'll Do
Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for Platform Engineering and Machine Learning roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and closing.
Strategically partner with Engineering leadership to grasp technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
Source passive candidates through innovative outreach, networking, and developing robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Promote inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse talent and foster equitable hiring experiences for all candidates.
Enhance our employer branding through strategic initiatives and initiatives that resonate with potential candidates.
