Role Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will spearhead cross-functional and client-facing initiatives that facilitate the successful onboarding and delivery of Rithum solutions. You will work closely with clients, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure that project scopes are met predictably, within deadlines, and adhere to high-quality standards, allowing clients to fully harness the potential of the Rithum platform. Collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services will be crucial in managing delivery, dependencies, and advocating for the client throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as a central execution and communication point, you will translate complex technical details into clear plans, milestones, and updates for both internal and external stakeholders. A solid background in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, is essential for managing client-facing implementations. You will be responsible for overseeing project scope, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining accurate schedules, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Proactive problem-solving and risk management will be vital to ensure timely delivery.
