Key Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical project management. Technical Skills:• Strong understanding and experience in automation, system integration, and data engineering, including data analysis and ETL development.• Proficient in designing and developing interactive dashboards using Power BI for effective decision-making.• Familiarity with REST APIs, including writing and testing API calls.• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, and Glue.• Previous work with ServiceNow, Tenable, and SharePoint for data extraction via API.• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python and Unix Shell Script.• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and compliance with company IT standards.

Encora is hiring a Technical Project Manager based in Singapore to lead the Enterprise Management Information Platform Project. This position centers on ensuring projects are completed on schedule, remain within budget, and fulfill all defined requirements.

Role overview

This role involves managing project coordination, documentation, and communication across multiple internal teams. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders from infrastructure, applications, security, operations, PMO, and KRI ownership to keep deliverables aligned and projects moving forward.

What you will do

  • Coordinate technical discussions, meetings, and validation processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare checklists and readiness documents for each project stage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
  • Track action items, follow up, and drive timely closure of outstanding tasks.
  • Maintain essential project artifacts, including meeting minutes, status reports, and sign-off documents.
  • Support audit and compliance documentation requirements.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly progress updates to management and steering committees.
