Role overview

This fully remote Technical Project Manager position supports the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other federal clients within the United States. The role centers on managing audit, compliance, and performance oversight projects. Meeting regulatory deadlines and building strong relationships with federal leadership are essential parts of this work.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead teams working on multiple federal task orders at the same time.
  • Act as the main point of contact with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and program leadership for Broadway Ventures on active projects.
  • Deliver regular updates to the COR, including monthly progress reports, CFM reports, and quarterly executive briefings using secure virtual platforms.
  • Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans for contracts.
  • Run monthly and bi-weekly status meetings with government stakeholders via Microsoft Teams and CMS-approved platforms.
  • Work with FAR-based contracts, handling risk management, quality assurance, earned value reporting, and integrated master scheduling.
  • Oversee coordination with subcontractors and joint ventures, including reviewing deliverables, reconciling invoices, and monitoring performance across time zones.
  • Coordinate remotely with Contracting Officers, CORs, and agency program leadership on daily tasks, monthly reporting, and senior-level requests as needed.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews to ensure processes meet internal and external regulations, using critical thinking to evaluate procedures.
  • Mentor and train new claims processors when required.
