RequirementsProficiency in modern data engineering principles and pipeline engineering. Demonstrated history of successfully delivering enterprise-level ETL and Data Warehouse projects. Over 10 years of experience in managing technology programs as a Program Manager. At least 5 years of experience managing data projects on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and associated technologies. Ability to lead technical discussions, clarifying complex issues and requirements to design robust solutions. Exceptional communication skills to liaise with delivery teams and business stakeholders. Experience with projects in the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and successful implementation of the company's products and services.
  • Function as the Program Manager, tracking the program from inception to delivery, which includes planning and directing schedules. Solicit input from the project team and take the initiative to create a comprehensive project plan for moderately to significantly scoped projects, potentially involving innovative products or services.
  • Utilize established tools, methodologies, and templates to document the plan and effectively communicate it to the team. Collect feedback from the team to refine and finalize the plan as necessary.
  • Simultaneously lead multiple projects of limited to moderate scope, or directly manage a segment of a larger program.
  • Handle programs that may range from moderate to complex in nature or consist of one large program involving cross-functional teams in various locations.
  • Direct the development and timely delivery of essential data and analytics projects, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Drive solution design and development to guarantee scalability, performance, and reusability.
  • Supervise the project team’s work indirectly, including members from diverse disciplines such as application engineering.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting project requirements and complying with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Create insightful presentations by synthesizing data from multiple sources and recommending actionable plans for execution.
