Our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to all is just beginning—join us!In this role, reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Senior Program Manager for Clinical Training and Global Programming will be responsible for developing the strategy for Spring Health’s global training and programming initiatives. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global webinars and WellSprings, organize logistics for training, ensure a quality member experience across our global population, and work with clients to create tailored training and programming for our larger accounts. This is a full-time remote position based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, with travel requirements of up to 30% for in-person training sessions.
