POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role offers a unique chance to define the technical vision for our products, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver meaningful outcomes from inception to execution. The ideal candidate will engage closely with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional development teams to achieve product goals while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
Lead the execution of product development programs across the development team, focusing on optical hardware products for high-speed optical networks.
Collaborate with relevant development teams to identify technical gaps and devise solutions to ensure timely execution and successful product launches.
Assist the product team in managing manufacturing partners to complete essential technical design activities before product launches, including reliability, design verification testing, and compliance assessments.
Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams including Photonics Design, Hardware Design, Packaging, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure robust product development and a smooth transition to production.
