Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.4-6 years of experience in developing electro-mechanical systems for automotive or aerospace sectors. Familiarity with electro-mechanical product development and manufacturing processes, demonstrating successful delivery of components in collaboration with engineering design and development partners. Proven expertise in managing complex cross-functional projects. Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Gantt charts, ERP, and PLM.

Join our dynamic Vehicle Engineering Chassis team as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our brakes, steering, and structures programs. Collaborating with our esteemed supplier partners, you will ensure we meet our vehicle and corporate program milestones. Your responsibilities will include working alongside engineers and suppliers to outline timelines for deliverables, proactively identifying risks, and formulating effective mitigation strategies. In this role, you will enhance the engineering team's efficiency and focus on streamlining processes for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor component and subsystem deliverables to adhere to Vehicle Program Design Release Gates.
  • Create and manage schedules aligned with corporate milestones, ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Oversee supplier software and firmware deliveries in accordance with our Firmware Release Plan.
  • Facilitate resolution of engineering team issues, prioritizing based on severity and urgency, while ensuring compliance with program timelines.
  • Assist engineers in communicating effectively with stakeholders about program status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational functions, including shipping ticket submissions and logistical coordination to boost efficiency.
  • Foster alignment with cross-functional teams regarding open deliverables and associated risks.
  • Proactively identify risks and collaborate with engineering teams to drive mitigation efforts.
