As a vital member of the Technical Program Management team, you will spearhead all firmware and embedded software development initiatives, both in-house and externally. Collaborating closely with product teams, hardware and software engineers, and cross-functional partners, you will ensure the seamless integration of software into our hardware products and backend systems, aligning with our hardware roadmap.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary software projects from inception to completion, managing multiple critical software workstreams including embedded software development, controls, and connectivity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, identify potential risks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

  • Work alongside a talented team of software and hardware engineers on various high-profile consumer-facing products.

  • Drive the planning and execution of programs and features with cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap objectives, tracking progress, analyzing risks, and addressing execution challenges while communicating updates.

  • Develop and oversee program schedules, addressing technical issues, managing releases, and coordinating resource needs with engineering and cross-functional teams.

  • Facilitate communication of project status with stakeholders and leadership across different locations and time zones, fostering strong relationships between cross-functional teams.

  • Implement process enhancements to optimize product development and proactively manage risks.
