Key Responsibilities Oversee safety claims by thoroughly understanding the ADS design, interfaces, and system capabilities, collaborating with leads in Autonomy Robotics and Software Infrastructure. Break down claims into manageable components, delegating tasks to cross-functional teams while ensuring quality control. Formulate counter-arguments to claims, ensuring they are addressed or sufficiently mitigated. Evaluate and assess evidence from validation activities as part of the safety case, working closely with V&V test teams. Establish processes for tracking safety performance indicators related to driverless (driver-out L4) deployment.
