We are looking for multiple Technical Program Managers to lead the comprehensive development of our hardware module platforms (including powertrain, low voltage electronics, and chassis) across our vehicle lineup. As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with product management, hardware and firmware engineering, supply chain, and various cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge electric vehicles. Leverage your extensive experience in product delivery to streamline processes and ensure the swift launch of high-quality products. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from conception to completion, overseeing complex electromechanical modules and technology across diverse product lines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, manage project timelines, and facilitate communication across various teams.

  • Drive the execution of customer-centric features in partnership with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals, while monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise.

  • Create and maintain schedules for module programs, address technical challenges, and ensure effective resource management in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership across different time zones, fostering strong relationships among cross-functional teams.

  • Identify obstacles in program execution and implement lean processes to improve efficiency.
