We are in search of a skilled Technical Program Manager to spearhead the hardware aspects of our projects. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with product teams, hardware engineers, supply chain specialists, and industrial designers to guide the development of consumer-focused products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary hardware projects from inception to completion, focusing on complex mechanical chassis components and accessories across various product lines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, manage project timelines, and facilitate design, release, build, and testing phases, ensuring smooth communication with teams across the company.

  • Drive the execution of customer features alongside cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap objectives, monitoring progress, evaluating risks, resolving implementation challenges, and providing status updates.

  • Establish and manage schedules for modules/components, address technical issues, oversee design releases, and coordinate resource allocation with engineering teams and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding project progress and status with stakeholders and leadership, fostering strong relationships across teams.

  • Identify and address project impediments, adapting lean methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Over 5 years of experience in program management, product management, engineering, or similar roles.
