About Our Operations Platform Team
Our team is dedicated to building the systems that drive Data Operations, enhancing scalability, improving quality, reducing costs, and enriching the experience for our worldwide network of contributors and clients.
Position Overview
As a Technical Program Manager on the Operations Platform team, you'll spearhead significant cross-departmental initiatives encompassing Operations, Product, Engineering, and Research. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, an operator's perspective, and a solid technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex technical and operational programs that span multiple teams within our data factory.
- Facilitate the rollout, adoption, and iterative enhancement of internal tools and platforms.
- Oversee operational workflows, proactively identifying risks and swiftly addressing obstacles.
- Convert technical details into clear, executive-level communications.
- Coordinate priorities among product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to alleviate bottlenecks and develop scalable, system-wide solutions.
