Role overview
The Technical Program Manager - Facility Operations leads the development and operational readiness of Fluidstack’s facilities operations team in San Francisco, CA. This role centers on designing, implementing, and maintaining a full training program for data center operations staff. The goal: ensure every team member is prepared to manage complex, critical infrastructure safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage training programs for data center operations personnel
- Validate and update technical training materials for accuracy and effectiveness
- Oversee operational initiatives, including planned maintenance governance and change management
- Provide oversight for MOP (Methods of Procedure), EOP (Emergency Operating Procedures), and AOP (Abnormal Operating Procedures)
- Ensure operational teams are qualified and equipped to handle mission-critical facility tasks
Requirements
- Strong technical background in data center or mission-critical facility operations
- Experience progressing through hands-on operational roles
- Ability to create and validate technical documentation and training content
