What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary liaison between Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Supply Chain. Develop project schedules with specific tasks, tracking and reporting progress in line with program management plans. Establish and maintain an effective production plan. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and opportunities in collaboration with functional leads and Program Managers. Address challenges with innovative solutions and implement recovery plans to achieve project goals. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, monitoring expenses and seeking cost-saving opportunities. Drive punctual execution both within the team and with suppliers, employing creative strategies to expedite delivery timelines. Oversee lineside inventory alongside production and part modifications. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and issues. Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
