We are seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager to help shape Bedrock's platform from inception, spearheading cross-functional initiatives encompassing hardware, onboard infrastructure, and safety.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a catalyst for our most thrilling projects, transforming intricate hardware-software integration challenges into seamless, high-impact execution. You will work closely with exceptional engineering teams to deliver the next generation of autonomous construction machinery.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs, guiding autonomous systems from early prototypes to production-ready deployment.
Oversee execution across software, hardware, firmware, safety, and field operations, integrating deeply interconnected workstreams into a cohesive strategy.
Direct system-level integration and milestone planning, ensuring timely alignment of firmware, drivers, hardware setup, vehicle production, and field deployments.
Facilitate critical technical decision-making, guiding teams through trade-offs, clarifying uncertainties, and driving progress with urgency.
Proactively identify and mitigate program and technical risks to ensure smooth execution.
