Your Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead vital initiatives across our Modeling, Data, Evaluations, and User Signals domains within the Antigravity team. This pivotal position involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of data contributions, model development, evaluation processes, and user feedback mechanisms. You will collaborate closely with research teams, manage tailored model pipelines, analyze user signals from diverse sources, and coordinate vendor-based testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owner of Antigravity Data Flywheel: Lead the strategic roadmap for data, evaluations, and modeling enhancements. Collaborate with research teams to manage evaluation processes for both new and existing models while facilitating effective communication and coordination between modeling and research teams.
  • Model Deployments: Oversee the approval processes for model development, working in tandem with research, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful model launches.
  • User Signals Program: Develop and optimize systems for gathering, triaging, and analyzing user feedback, both internal and external, to address critical issues. Partner with vendors for product testing and relay key insights to engineering and product teams.
  • Enhancing Team Productivity: Manage compute resources essential for modeling efforts and support team infrastructure needs. Serve as a primary contact for resolving technical challenges faced by the team.
