About the Role
We are seeking a driven Technical Product Manager (Strategic Finance) who possesses a unique blend of finance expertise, product intuition, and technical proficiency. Your primary mission will be to amplify the influence of our AI agents across the finance departments we serve. You'll engage directly with clients to comprehend their workflows, design product experiences that foster adoption, and develop systems that integrate Concourse as a vital component of their financial operations.
Collaborating closely with our founders and engineering team, you will remain hands-on with SQL, integrations, and debugging while strategically contemplating how to unlock customer value on a larger scale. Your contributions will directly shape our trajectory towards thousands of customers and redefine the interaction between finance teams and AI agents.
This is a pivotal role for someone who has a profound understanding of finance, a passion for solving technical challenges, and a desire to excel at the intersection of product, data, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance AI & Prompt Performance: Maintain prompt libraries, optimize model settings, and ensure high-quality outputs tailored for finance applications.
Address Technical & Data Challenges: Resolve AI output issues, integration challenges, and data discrepancies through hands-on SQL, API analysis, and collaborative efforts with the engineering team.
Develop Analytics & Insights: Construct dashboards and analytics that illuminate customer behavior, product usage trends, and opportunities for revenue growth.
Guide GTM Strategy: Recognize trends among customers to refine positioning, messaging, onboarding materials, and growth strategies.
Craft High-Impact Customer Journeys: Optimize onboarding, training, and lifecycle experiences that expedite value realization for finance teams and cultivate long-term power users.
