About the job

Lyst is a premier global fashion shopping platform established in London in 2010, serving over 160 million shoppers annually. We provide an extensive selection of premium and luxury fashion products in one convenient location, featuring items from 27,000 of the world's top brands and retailers. In 2025, Lyst became part of Zozo, the operator of Zozotown, Japan's leading fashion e-commerce platform. This collaboration marks an exciting new chapter for Lyst as we enhance our vision and partner to revolutionize the future of fashion shopping through cutting-edge AI and technology.

At Lyst, we are dedicated to our customers, offering a search and discovery experience that inspires, fulfills, and personalizes their shopping journey. We believe that while fashion is exceptional, the shopping experience can often be less so. By leveraging technology, data, and creativity, we aim to bring more joy, greater choice, and fewer disappointments to fashion shopping. Our mission is to empower fashion shoppers in making informed choices and assist fashion partners in reaching their ideal audience as the leading destination for every fashion shopper.

The Role

We are in search of a technically proficient Product Manager to spearhead our Affiliate Operations product team and act as the primary liaison for our collaboration with ZOZO’s Data Science team in New Zealand. As part of the ZOZO group, this role will closely collaborate with R&D teams to transform research into actionable product-data enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality, reliability, and discoverability of the world’s largest product catalog, which drives discovery and commerce across Lyst. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting Lyst’s commercial initiatives from a Technical Product Management perspective, shaping product and data strategies to expedite product merging and enrichment.

You will be the lead contact for ZOZO’s Data Science department, conducting regular meetings, defining joint milestones, and translating data science research into production-ready work at Lyst. Together, you will fast-track product merging and enrichment while ensuring that tools are ready for production.

This position is highly cross-functional and strategic: if you thrive in a technical environment, have experience in launching data products, and enjoy managing a data science partnership to achieve measurable business outcomes, this role is tailored for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Affiliate Operations Strategy & Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives aimed at improving data quality, completeness, and coherence, ensuring the delivery of outcomes that enhance discovery and checkout metrics.
  • Data Foundations & Pipelines: Collaborate with engineering to define product data models and taxonomies, oversee product data quality KPIs, and manage remediation workflows. Ensure the implementation and monitoring of enrichment and merging processes.
