Your Role

As a member of the Payments Health Operations team, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and optimize payment performance for our largest clients. You will triage, investigate, and respond to any regressions in authentication and cost rates. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analyses of performance issues, assisting our product support and technical account management teams, and engaging with users and various internal teams at Stripe. Your contributions will help our clients maximize acceptance rates while minimizing costs and fraud.

You'll be at the heart of Stripe's platform, ensuring the reliability of our payment infrastructure and the overall health of our ecosystem. The Technical Operations roles within Payments are dynamic and critical to Stripe's success, bridging the gap between product/platform engineers and financial partners to facilitate smooth operations.
