As a Technical Network Account Manager, you will join us in pioneering innovations in the insurance and assistance industries.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- has experience in partner relationship management,
- demonstrates excellent self-organization and time management skills,
- is personable and empathetic,
- has knowledge of the automotive industry as a significant advantage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- identifying, implementing, and maintaining relationships with our network of technical service providers (roadside assistance, car rentals, service centers),
- daily operational support and addressing ongoing requests in the technical network,
- ensuring cost discipline and creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs),
- negotiating rates and terms of cooperation with service providers,
- optimizing operational processes and implementing new solutions,
- identifying new services and areas for collaboration.
The order of the points is significant, as the first three will constitute 80% of your work time.
