Your additional responsibilities will include: Enhancing overall technical execution. Developing and improving technical approaches within the Critical Facilities Market Sector. Collaborating with Expert Teams to establish general technical standards. Assisting the Resource Manager in attracting top technical talent. Building strong relationships with technical vendors. Fostering technical preeminence within the team. Conducting comprehensive technical training sessions. Ensuring quality technical standards across projects. Implementing innovative technical concepts in major projects. Creating and refining the technical quality assurance process. Actively participating in project execution. Authoring technical white papers and presenting at industry conferences. Utilizing the QA process for proactive development of engineering processes.
