Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Litigation Support Analyst to provide exceptional technical hosting support to our global Project Management Teams. You will play a crucial role in managing electronic discovery solutions, assisting with the culling, processing, hosting, and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) primarily for law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with Project Management Teams and clients throughout the lifecycle of various cases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding web hosting software and perform administrative functions to cater to client needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate a seamless transition of work between day and evening shifts.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to research solutions and determine the best course of action.
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to client and industry standards, adhering to specifications and deadlines.
- Engage in additional tech-based projects or duties as required.
- Work with Relativity and LAW to manage document productions, including Bates stamping, creating load files, and performing OCR.
- Develop custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to enhance workflow efficiency.
