We seek a talented Technical Lead Manager (TLM) who is passionate about tackling intricate product challenges and possesses a strong drive for continuous improvement. In this position, you will oversee the application's architecture, including authentication, navigation, component systems, build processes, analytics, and error reporting, ensuring consistency across various feature teams.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of features, collaborating with customers, community members, design teams, and product management to gather requirements.
Lead a skilled team to execute projects while upholding high standards.
Deliver features in collaboration with your team.
Design, develop, and refine the core frontend application architecture, including authentication systems, navigation processes, and shared components.
Oversee and maintain the application's build and packaging pipeline, as well as shared infrastructure like analytics and error tracking.
Contribute across the software stack and help establish consistent patterns and tools for application feature teams.
Participate in product and architecture discussions to enhance the overall product experience.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of frontend engineers, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Assist in recruitment efforts by leading technical and managerial interviews and influencing hiring decisions to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in a frontend development context.
Strong understanding of data infrastructure and application architecture.
