Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level projects. Hands-on proficiency with technologies including Node.js, React JS, React Native, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Azure (preferred), AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, and Elasticsearch. Strong skills in system design, CI/CD processes, DevOps, and debugging. Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a Long-Term Contract Position.

On-site work in Conshohocken, PA is required.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the complete execution of sophisticated software projects.
Provide both technical and architectural direction to development teams.
Supervise design choices, code integrity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings across extensive teams.
Address critical technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
