The team actively collaborates with other departments including Engineering, Portals, BI, Product, and Legal to tackle projects that often blend natural language processing with machine learning. Current projects involve resume parsing, ranking, summary generation, data quality assessment, content generation, job recommendations, and conversion analysis. In addition to business initiatives, the team stays at the forefront of technology by exploring state-of-the-art methods. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design and take ownership of the QA strategy for AI-driven features, emphasizing model accuracy, data drift, and performance metrics (Precision, Recall, F1-score). Utilize advanced AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, or custom LLM agents) to automate test case generation, code analysis, and synthetic data creation. Supervise the evaluation of Generative AI outputs using frameworks such as 'LLM-as-a-judge' to assess hallucination rates, toxicity, and adherence to prompts. Establish and manage BOLD’s quality framework from product development through to production. Lead and mentor QA teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
