Role overview

The Technical Implementation Specialist leads onboarding for Rockerbox clients, adapting the process to match each client’s business needs and measurement strategies. This position combines technical expertise with strategic guidance, helping clients launch successfully and achieve their marketing objectives.

What you will do

  • Direct onboarding strategies for Rockerbox clients, ensuring each implementation supports their business and measurement goals.
  • Translate client requirements into a detailed onboarding plan, covering conversion tracking, measurement methods, attribution windows, data fields, and delivery schedules.
  • Serve as the technical and strategic lead for clients and internal teams during onboarding, keeping projects on track and aligned with expectations.
  • Define conversion tracking across platforms such as pixels, webhooks, batch files, APIs, and e-commerce integrations, meeting standards for data quality and identity resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver custom solutions.
  • Align onboarding approaches with clients’ long-term goals for attribution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Conduct audits at the end of onboarding to confirm correct account setup and obtain client approval.
  • Act as the main technical escalation point during onboarding and for complex post-launch issues.
  • Provide senior-level support by investigating high-impact issues, joining client calls, and outlining clear resolutions.
  • Enhance operational efficiency in Implementation and Support by prioritizing tasks, meeting SLAs, and communicating clearly with customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, analytics, or marketing technology, with a track record of managing complex customer projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, including paid media, affiliate, email, offline channels, and the specifics of view-based and click-based attribution.
